Recruiter

JTG is Currently Seeking an Experienced Recruiter to join the JTG Team in Vienna, VA

Location: Vienna, VA
Status: Full-Time


Responsibilities:

The Recruiter will have primary responsibility for the day-to-day recruiting activities of the company, including, but not limited to:

• Creating strategies that effectively utilize social media, networking, industry leaders, partner relationships, referrals, professional communities
• Researching and sourcing candidates using advanced internet resources and tools, advertising, employee referrals, career fairs, contingency firms, networking and direct contact
• Identifying top passive talent pipelines and build relationships
• Building candidate profiles, using clearly defined requisitions, identifying talent and recommending best practices
• Collaborating with management on recruitment strategy, project implementation and project costs
• Recruiting candidates for emerging and existing contracts
• Evaluating applications, and recommending candidates to Hiring Managers
• Negotiating wage and salary rates with candidates
• Marketing positions to candidates
• Meeting monthly objectives

Requirements for Successful Applicants:

• A Bachelor's degree in any field
• Contract Sourcing and Full Life-Cycle Recruitment for Technical Talent
• Expertise in building Talent Pipelines
• Experience recruiting Language and Intelligence professionals
• Experience recruiting cleared personnel (preferred)
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work individually and within a team
• Prior experience in recruiting is a plus, but not required

The position reports to the Director of Recruiting
