JTG is seeking a Global Translation Project Manager for the Language Division

The Global Translation Project Manager will oversee and perform project management on contracts and language transcription tasks; manage a team of linguists as well as manage operational aspects of ongoing contract transcription tasks. The Global Translation Project Manager will provide exceptional customer service to JTG clients and exercise great near native English communication skills with the JTG client, mainly in person or by email.

Location: Global (Philippines is preferred by not required)

Responsibilities:

The Global Translation Project Managers responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Understand projects scopes and communicate effectively with the client
• Provide estimates according to contract requirements
• Manage a team of linguists, vendors and in-house resources
• Create vendors work orders and maintain production matrices
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to projects related team members
• Deliver projects and assignments to the client on time
• Perform projects closeouts and invoice properly
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction

Requirements for successful applicants are:

• Must have project management experience
• Bachelors degree
• Minimum of three years of relevant experience
• Team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job completed in time
• Detail oriented
• Knowledge of foreign languages
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Multitasking expert
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
• Excellent time and organizational management skills
• Ability to work efficiently and calmly in high-stress situations
